Allison: Yeah?
Karim: I’ve spent two weeks with you, we’ve had our fair share of blow ups, and I realized that I literally couldn’t live without you…I liked the kisses, and the flirting, and…you know that those slips weren’t slips…*chuckles* I guess I’m falling for my best friend then. *looks at her* That’s what I believe at least…
Allison: *smiles, pauses to think* … You know, I think this was what I was looking for. What you just said, and what happened a few hours ago with the story … and Vari trying to stick her nose into it all *laughs* I did think about it, Karim. When you mentioned Jaycee, I thought that everything that was happening … it was all nothing at all, but I couldn’t be sure. And you know me, how I deny everything to myself. Even with you, it was hard last night to tell myself that if I did happen to like you back, you wouldn’t be just another guy. I didn’t know your intentions, but I could pick up a few hints and signs here and there … I just decided to pass them by because of … uhm, how I am. But … I think that I like you, too. And I’m okay with that.
Karim: Yeah, Vari’s a persistent one…well at least she’ll be happy to know she was right. *smiles* Allison when I mentioned Jaycee…I don’t even know why I did, I hadn’t talked about her all break, I hadn’t even thought about her. I think I might have just brought her up because I thought that maybe you didn’t like me or something…But I’m not just any other guy… I’m not Scorpius, and you’re not Jaycee…we’re Karim and Allison and that’s all that really matters…I’m okay with that too.
Allison: *laughs* Oh, I’m sure she will be. At first, she told me that we had something, and I thought that she meant an object. But then she was telling me a few things that you did when you were talking to her … and she wouldn’t let the idea go. (. . .) I know you aren’t just another guy, but I guess I still had to take precaution, even when I knew that I should have thought that in the first place. You’re right, we aren’t those two. We aren’t even close to being those two.
Karim: She just flat out asked me if I liked you and wouldn’t leave me alone about it. I had no idea what to tell her, she said I was smiling differently when I talked about you, and…she just kept prying, and prying. *laughs* Yeah…we wouldn’t hurt each other…I’m sure we wouldn’t. I couldn’t bring myself to do that to you anyway…
Allison: She did say that you had a funny grin on your face, and that you were blushing? *raises an eyebrow and softly laughs* Well, I guess she can have her answer now, without having to worry about going on and on and on. No, we wouldn’t hurt each other. *smiles* I couldn’t to you, either.
Karim: I wouldn’t say I was blushing…But I guess there was a funny grin *laughs* Yeah, we can give her an answer so she won’t threaten to kill me anymore. (. . .) Good... (. . .) So now that this is cleared up, anything else you want to say?
Allison: … Shavari was threatening to kill you … ?! How did that start up? Lol (. . .) Uhm … that you were right last night, I guess?! *sheepishly smiles* Other than that, I have nothing. You?
Karim: Yeah, well at first it was because I asked her about this picture of her and this boy I didn’t recognize…then I was just being an annoying little brother for the most part. *shrugs and laughs* (. . .) I was right!…Wait…what was I right about? Oh well, Mr. Smooth, Kah-rim, me, whatever you want to call him…he missed you. *laughs* I was kind of hoping you would tell me about my birthday present. >.<
Allison: *nods* Okay … well, yeah. That’s a reason to want to kill you, I guess … Oh well. That’s what you have to do when you have older siblings! You have to be as annoying as possible, or as close to them as possible! Luckily, I have one of each! :D Weren’t you two each others favorites, or one of you was the others favorite or something? (. . .) Well, I didn’t know at the time, but you were right about me liking you. :P I’ll say hi to you after I tell you about your present, then … (. . .) For your birthday … I was going to get you …. wait for it … wait for it … pink rhinestone cat eye sunglasses! Yay! *grins brightly* But that was a joke. I think I do know what I want to get you for real, but that’s definitely not going to slip, no matter how hard you try to ring it out of me!
Karim: We are each other’s favorites, apparently I pushed my luck with her, but she told me she wouldn’t kill me if I just told her the truth from now on. So I’ll just tell her the truth then…*smiles* I have two another siblings to annoy anyway, Vari can be my favorite, and they can be the one’s I annoy. :D (. . .) Oh…well I’m glad I was right then. :P Good, he, and I would like that. *laughs* (. . .)
